Why pricing is per-round, not per-month
Parent-teacher meetings don't happen every month — most schools run them once a term. A monthly subscription for something used three or four times a year is a bad match, which is why PTM Live is priced around a different unit: a PTM round, a 30-day window during which every teacher at a school can publish availability and every parent can book. Read the full reasoning behind round-based pricing for more detail.
One flat fee, not a per-teacher charge
Every plan covers the whole school — every teacher, every student up to that plan's caps, every feature — for one flat price sized to the school's overall size. Adding another teacher mid-round never triggers an extra charge, and every feature (video calling, WhatsApp and email reminders, Excel import, group sessions) is included on every plan; nothing here is gated behind a higher tier.
What the free trial actually includes
7 days of full access to every feature, no credit card required. Add your real teachers and students and run an actual PTM round during the trial — it's meant to be tested with real use, not just clicked through. If you'd rather see it running before adding your own data, the live demo is a real, working sample school with sample bookings already in place.
