Is there a free trial?

We already use Zoom or Microsoft Teams — why do we need this?
Keep using them — PTM Live isn't a video-call replacement, it's everything around the call that Zoom and Teams don't do: publishing times, letting parents book in one tap, sending reminders, and tracking who showed up. Use Zoom or Teams for everything else; use this specifically for PTM day.
Do parents need to install anything?
No. Their one link opens in any phone browser — no app store, no account to create.
What happens to the video call after the meeting?
The room is tied to that one booking. It doesn't get reused, and nobody else can join it.
Do I need any technical setup to get started?
No IT team required. Add your teachers and students, publish availability, and you're live the same day.
Is our school's data safe?
Each school's records are kept separate — your admin and teachers see only your own students and bookings, never another school's.
Can every teacher at my school use it?
Yes — one flat fee covers the whole school, every teacher and every feature, not a per-teacher charge.
Is that really the whole cost?

What's a “round”?
A 30-day window during which teachers can schedule and parents can book. It closes on its own after that — open a new one whenever your next PTM is.
Can I run a group meeting, not just one-on-one?
Yes — alongside 1:1 slots, a teacher can open a group session (a class-wide update, say) that any number of parents join from one shared link, invited the same way by WhatsApp and email.
Can I try it before switching my school over?
